City Council unanimously approves rezoning the Stone House Studio

One of our first big steps for the Stone House Studio was to get the zoning change approval from residential to B1 Business. We requested a conditional rezoning so that if the Stone House Studio ever stops doing programming here and closes its doors, the the house will go back to being a residential property. Toby Kuznicki, City Planner at the City of Rogers City was instrumental in helping us navigate the process.

We appreciate all the support and enthusiasm we’ve received from city council members, local residents, and artists as we move forward with our planning. Our next big steps are getting our construction underway.
